Sound - Additional sound system at venue $150 with Disc Jockey combo

Colonel C stocks quality A/V gear in our equipment inventory.  Backup equipment is brought to every event.  We never miss a beat!  Colonel C has an exceptional crisp and clear sound system.  We primarily use the Community loud speakers (MVP25, TD 2212, and TD 2115 subwoofer) in addition to several amplifiers, equalizers, and other performance-enhancing hardware.


Photo Booth - Open booth $650 unlimited prints with Disc Jockey combo

  • The open photo booth allows more people to be in the picture at once and is considered more social.
  • Client will receive a DVD of their booth pictures (high resolution .JPG files).
  • The photo booth is monitored by the disc jockey, therefore it must be at a relatively close proximity to the DJ area.  The open booth requires 10’x10’ of floor space.  The client may supply their own scrapbook, if desired.

Your choice of backgrounds include Gray, Blue, or Green Screen.

Green screen photography works by taking photos of the subject in front of a green background and then automatically replacing the green background with a new background image. The background image can be anything you like such as a cityscape, exotic location, seasonal theme (i.e. birthday, Halloween, Christmas, New Year's Eve), logo or any pattern.  Choose from our selection of wallpaper images or supply your own.

For an additional $125, you may opt for an enclosed photo booth (only Black background available).  An enclosed booth is more intimate, but only seats 2 or 3 people maximum and needs 5’x8’ of floor space.

The booth takes four pictures per session.  Guests receive two sets of color prints.  These strip samples are from an open booth.  A custom header is provided for each strip (i.e. name, date... whatever you want).  An optional wacky props box is available at no extra charge.

Live Projection:  By request, we can show your photos live as they happen.  We will provide an LCD projector and DJ Screen (if preferred) as part of our Video Extreme option.  Please inquire for details.

Photo Blast - "Grab a Camera.  Take a Picture."  $575 with Disc Jockey combo

  • Colonel C has permission to use this exclusive technology pioneered by our friends at Barnyard Photography.  We provide 10 digital cameras with your own custom branding.  Your guests take pictures throughout the event.  All pictures are transmitted immediately to a moderator (inappropriate or poor pictures are filtered out).  As if magic, the pictures taken appear on a large screen!  All pictures create an ongoing slideshow.  At the end of the event, a DVD with pictures taken will be given to the client (high resolution .JPG files).  This is a fun and interactive way for your guests to participate in the slideshow and create memories.

    You can also add your own pictures to the slideshow (i.e. childhood and school photos, dating, family, etc.).  Please discuss with Colonel C prior to your event.  Your own pictures may be uploaded to our FTP, mailed to us on disc, or brought to the event on disc or flash drive.

Video Extreme - Video cameras project live action $475 with Disc Jockey combo

  • Used for video (music videos & karaoke), live action venue cameras, and picture slideshows including PowerPoint.  We have several thousand songs for karaoke.
  • Several video cameras including wireless and infrared project to DJ Screen™ (or optional venue monitors) in real time!
  • Video mixer cuts from one camera to another.  Our KORG Kaoss Pad Entrancer is an effects generator that augments the action as it happens.  This enhances the entertainment particularly while guests are on the dance floor. 
  • We can show your Photo Booth pictures live as they happen.  We can also use Video Extreme for Photo Blast.

    Colonel C can record the video as it is happening live -- then burn to a DVD just for you!  Edit then burn to disc with shipping and handling charges are $45.

    Custom Line Art Gobo: Included - This is the most popular type of Gobo. Your Gobo is precision made to your specifications, and is manufactured using laser-etched glass.

    Custom Grayscale Gobo: +$50 - This will allow you to have different intensities in your design, but only shades rather than colors.
